These terms govern your use of THE NANOVERSE platform and all its interconnected applications.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using THE NANOVERSE platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
"THE NANOVERSE," "we," "our," or "us" refers to the platform and its operators. "You" or "user" refers to any individual or entity accessing the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and THE NANOVERSE governing your use of all platform features, applications, and services.
Platform Description
THE NANOVERSE is a unified AI-powered creative ecosystem that provides the following interconnected applications and services:
- Aura Labs: AI-powered image, 3D model, video, and music generation workspace
- Vector Labs: Full-featured AI coding environment with live preview, file system, and code sandbox
- Cognitive Canvas: AI-enhanced web search and knowledge discovery engine
- NANOVERSE Studio: Unified creative hub for text, code, music, images, conversations, and data analysis
- Blueprint Architect: AI project planning and roadmap generation tool
- Team App: Multi-agent AI collaboration system with virtual file structure
- Deep Research Engine: Comprehensive AI research system with fact-checking and knowledge graphs
- LightBook: Intelligent document creation, note-taking, and archival system
- Forge Builder: Rapid application scaffolding and code generation
- Manifestation System: Feature request and community feedback portal
- Showcase: Project portfolio and community discovery platform
These applications are interconnected and share a common infrastructure, including user authentication, credit system, and AI services.
Account Registration
To use THE NANOVERSE, you must create an account by providing:
- Username: A unique identifier (3-50 alphanumeric characters, underscores allowed)
- Email Address: A valid email for account verification and communication
- Password: A secure password (minimum 8 characters, with complexity requirements)
Alternatively, you may register using Google OAuth, which will import your email, name, and profile information from your Google account.
Account Responsibilities:
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- You may not share your account or credentials with others
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Subscriptions & Credits
THE NANOVERSE operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI generation features. Your credit allocation depends on your subscription tier:
- Explorer (Free): 100 credits per month, access to core features
- Pro ($10/month): 1,000 credits per month, plus enhanced features
- Monk ($100/month): 10,000 credits per month, full platform access and priority processing
Credit Consumption:
- Different AI operations consume different amounts of credits
- Credit costs are displayed before you confirm each generation
- Credits reset monthly on your billing cycle date
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next month
Billing Terms:
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of your billing period
- Refunds are generally not provided for partial months
- Price changes will be communicated in advance
AI Services Usage
THE NANOVERSE uses multiple AI providers to power its features. By using our AI services, you agree to the following:
AI Providers We Use:
- Groq Cloud: Powers text generation, chat, and reasoning features
- Fal.ai: Powers image generation, 3D modeling, video creation, and music composition
- OpenAI: Powers advanced reasoning and the Deep Research Engine
AI Usage Terms:
- Your prompts and inputs are sent to third-party AI providers for processing
- AI outputs may be imperfect, inaccurate, or contain errors—you are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content
- We do not use your content to train our AI models
- AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers
- Do not use AI features to generate illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
"Light" AI Assistant:
"Light" is our integrated AI assistant that maintains context through stored conversation memories. Light can help you across applications and remember your preferences and prior conversations. You can clear this memory at any time through your settings.
Content & Ownership
Your Content:
- You retain ownership of the original content you upload to THE NANOVERSE
- You grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide our services
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload
AI-Generated Content:
- Content generated by AI in response to your prompts is provided to you for your use
- Ownership of AI-generated content may be subject to legal interpretation in your jurisdiction
- You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content
- Similar prompts may produce similar outputs for different users
Platform Content:
- THE NANOVERSE logo, branding, interface design, and code are our intellectual property
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform code without permission
Code Sandbox Terms
Vector Labs provides a code sandbox feature that runs your code in isolated Docker containers. By using this feature, you agree to the following:
- Isolation: Your code runs in containerized environments separate from the main platform
- Resource Limits: Containers have CPU, memory, and storage limits to ensure fair usage
- Automatic Cleanup: Idle containers are automatically terminated after 15 minutes of inactivity
- Port Allocation: Your sandbox may be assigned a port in the range 30000-31000 for preview access
- No Persistence: Sandbox environments are temporary; data may be lost when containers are recycled
Prohibited Sandbox Activities:
- Cryptocurrency mining or resource-intensive computations
- Network attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized access attempts
- Hosting public-facing services or circumventing platform security
- Storing illegal content or malware
- Consuming excessive resources that affect other users
Acceptable Use Policy
When using THE NANOVERSE, you agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
- Create deepfakes or deceptive media designed to mislead
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to platform systems or other users' accounts
- Disrupt or interfere with platform services or infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
- Circumvent credit systems, billing, or access controls
- Spam or send unsolicited messages to other users
Community Guidelines
THE NANOVERSE includes social features such as Showcase, posts, comments, and messaging. When participating in the community:
- Be Respectful: Treat other users with courtesy and respect
- Be Authentic: Share your genuine work and give credit where due
- Be Constructive: Provide helpful feedback rather than destructive criticism
- Be Mindful: Content you share publicly (posts, showcased projects) can be seen by all users
- Report Violations: If you see content that violates these terms, report it
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate community guidelines, at our sole discretion.
Limitations & Disclaimers
Service Availability:
- THE NANOVERSE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
- Third-party AI provider outages may affect platform functionality
AI Limitations:
- AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose
- AI outputs should not be relied upon for critical decisions without human verification
- Deep Research Engine results are AI-assisted research, not professional advice
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE NANOVERSE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Termination
Termination by You:
- You may delete your account at any time through account settings
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account
- Upon deletion, your data will be removed per our Privacy Policy
Termination by Us:
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
- We may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity
- We will provide notice when possible, unless immediate action is required
- Unpaid fees remain due upon termination
Effect of Termination:
- Your right to access and use the platform ends immediately
- We may delete your projects and data (or retain as required by law)
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- For material changes, we will provide notice through the platform, email, or both
- Your continued use of THE NANOVERSE after changes constitutes acceptance
- If you disagree with changes, you should stop using the platform and delete your account
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations.
